Extract Amethyst 1.4 recordings to zlb and ftp to 1.5

Overview:

If you upgrade to 1.5 and still have your 1.4 server, you can
move your old 1.4 recording to the new 1.5 server. Recordings,
ScreenShots, Template, Reviews and Supervisors will be moved
to the new server.

Required:

Extract1_4.exe:
Available to AMETHYST 1.5 client on request from support@datatex.co.za

Using Extract1_4.exe:

You need to copy Extract1_4 to the 1.4 Amethyst server.
Fbclient.dll should be in the same directory.
Run the application.
Select the 1.4 database.
Select the extraction path, this is what the program will use as a temp directory.
Enter the hostname or IP address of the 1.5 Amethyst server.
FTP login and password should not be changed.
There are 3 checkboxes with lables called Recordings,Supervisors and Templates.
Only the selected types will be processed.
Click on the Extract and FTP button to start the process.
All errors will be shown in the text field at the bottom.
