After you have done the AQM, click on 'Save AQM' and 'Apply Changes'.
When you return to the 'Search Recordings' screen to view your call
information, it will still be marked as 'A'. This is because the data displayed
was selected from the database before it was updated with your AQM review.
If you click on 'Search Fileds' you will then see it change from A to B.
