Issue logged:
I have a Mitel PABX with AMTMitelCRE recording.
My phone is not working and displays a message 'SIP registration failed'.
Suggestion:
Please check if the phone's ICP address is pointing to the SRC to be recorded. Change ICP address to that of the Mitel controller, now the Datatex software is iliminated. If the phone still gives the same message, please contact your Mitel support.
