Hardware:
It has been reported that a faulty harddrive has caused this problem. The recordings were
logged in the PRI server log and calls were logged in TOPAZ, but no recordings could be
found in AMETHSYT 1.4.
The solution was a new harddrive and re-installation of the card recording software for
AMETHYST 1.4.
