How do I set the trigger type in AMTCards?

Postby Belinda Frick » Thu Nov 18, 2010 8:51 am

This facility allows you to change when the recording solution will start recording.

amtcards.ini:
Code: Select all
[OPTIONS]
TRIGGERTYPE=0

  • If set to 0, then it will trigger on ringing.
    This is when the call starts ringing on destination you are dialing.

  • If set to 1, then it will trigger on connected.
    When the call is answered by the destination. All unanswered calls will not be recorded.

  • If set to 2, then it will trigger on network access.
    This triggers as soon as there is communication with the remote network. This should record unanswered calls, ringing and almost any type of call.

If no events are received from the PRI device, there will be no recording.

placing the card server in Debug mode will show the events received per PRI channel .
