How do I change the live listen port in AMETHYST webadmin?

If your PC is on the internet it is possible that spyware software can
also slow down the active listening. You need to run spyware removal software.

If you can see the playback bar move but have no sound, try
the following to help investigate what the problem is:

Make sure that the USBClient and Supervisor PC is on the same
IP range. You might get an error like "unable to play this media"
with a codec error. Use the ping command to check if USBClient
and the supervisor is on the same IP range.

While trying to live listen and the agent still on the call:
he must right-click on Media Player, it will have a
error/error detail option which should report details.
right-click on the webpage (not icons, etc.), select view
source and search for the URL with .wax at the end. Copy the
URL and go to Media Player, open file and paste URL to stream.
If it does not play it could be a problem with the Internet
Explorer.
