- You can customize icons:
Set it to 'Show icon and Notifications'.
- If the agent logs in from another PC on the network with the same Windows login, it will register the login under the first IP logged in from.
Log onto CTI Devices and note the Windows login and IP address.
Stop the AMTClient service on the agent PC.
Remote the Windows login from the CTI Devices.
Start the AMTClient service on the agent PC.
Monitor if it auto populates to the CTI Devices.
Match the Agent PC IP address against the IP under CTI Devices. If it does not match, then there is a AMTClient running on the PC listed in CTI Devices. Find it.
In the folder 'C:\ProgramData\Datatex\AMTClient' it shows all the Windows logins used from this PC.
If AMTClient is not in use, you can uninstall it and rename the AMTClient folder in:
C:\ProgramData\Datatex\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\AMTClient
Remove the entry from the CTI Devices.
Start/restart the AMTClient service on the 'actual' PC and see if it now populates with the correct IP on the CTI Devices. Check the configuration (extension number and if for example HOTDESK is used).
Make a test call to ensure it does pop up.
