When rebooting AMETHYST I cannot login for a while afterward

Overview

In version 1.5.11.0 there were major changes regarding the licensing of AMETHYST
and in the ways and means that it manages licensed seats.

What happens now when you restart AMETHYST on startup the 'Sweeper'
queries the supervisor database to get a list of all recordings in the
database. From there it extracts all the extensions being recorded and
builds a 'List of recording Devices' this list is updated according to
last recordings. Any device that has no recordings for 31 days will be
removed from the list. It is a selfmaintaning list and cannot be manually
configured.
