- the extension mapping(SMDRLink) or
- SMDR data not mapped to the correct channels.
- It could also be a plugin issue (not receiving the SMDR data).
Make a test call from the extension
In the SMDRLink detailed log - Check what extension number is received from the PABX.
SMDRLink - Configure extension - associate the user to that extension and click on 'Apply changes'
Make a test call and check in the SMDRLink detailed log if the username is displayed.
