QUERY:
When trying to add licenses for devices and doing a SYNC from the MBG webadmin,
the following error is displayed:
The following error occurred during the last sync:
An error occurred while receiving Service Link configuration information from the Applications Management Centre. If this error persists, contact your solution provider for assistance [Permission denied: synchronization token rejected]
Warning: The last 2140 registration attempts have failed.
SOLUTION:
You will need to contact Mitel provider.
Please note a sync will not work on a Tuesday as Mitel is doing their own maintenance then.
