How do I monitor number of Jibe reviews done?

1. Jibe Phone Surveys:
   
   Reporting are available on Jibe recordings only.
   
   To see number of Jibe calls vs surveys done select:
   
   Jibe Phone Surveys icon
   Under Jibes Reports/Graphs page, select Graphs.
   Under Jibe Graphs page, select Recordings vs Jibes by Agent

2. Supervisor2 Search option:
   
   
   • Use the Search Option get the result for JIBE done only:

     Note you can also search for a specific user name of extension number.
     
   • Use the statistics icon to view summary of search result:
