What is new in Amethyst Cardserver 1.6.2.51

Postby Belinda Frick » Thu Nov 18, 2010 1:27 pm

This version of the Amethyst Cardserver has a new critical warning that
will be triggered when there are 10 consecutive "TAPI|START" or "TAPI|STOP" messages
with no valid extension or trunk configured on the Amethyst cardserver.

If 10 STOP or START messages are received for extension 2027 and there are no
valid extension to allocate to these messages too, this messages will be sent:

2009-11-03 11:25:14 2009-11-03 11:33:07 EXTENSION "2027" HAS HAD MORE THAN 10 UNMATCHED
CTI STOP MESSAGES ON CARDSERVER HILTONPC.

If Trunk 3.23 has sent 10 messages then the following message will be generated:
2009-11-03 11:25:14 2009-11-03 11:33:07 TRUNK "3.23" HAS HAD MORE THAN 10 UNMATCHED CTI STOP MESSAGES ON CARDSERVER HILTONPC.

Ensure that the device in question is configured on the cardserver on an enabled recordin channel.
