1.) Enter extension number on installation on AMTClient.
2.) If AMETHYST 1.5:
Setup in 'Configure CTI devices'.
- Windows login
- User name
- Extension
With Amethyst 1.5, EXT can be either the virtual or physical extension;
it must be the same extension as the SMDRLink / AMTMitel / TAPI is
providing for popups.
If AMEMTHYST webadmin 1.6.0.41 or newer:
It will auto update under 'Configure CTI devices'.
Note: we communicate with TCP/UCP port on range 27000.
With Amethyst 1.6, EXT must be the physical extension.
3.) Agent name/User name is used to setup supervisor access.
Windows login is the login for agent PC AMTClient is running on.
This ties the extension to the agent/user name.
4.) Make sure the CTI device is also configured as an physical device.
This will ensure the extensions is licensed to record.
