- Remove extension
AMETHYST Webadmin -> Configure Recorded Devices
By default the Physical Device List is sorted by extension, find the extension you want to remove. Under the 'Deactivate' heading, tick the option 'tick to deactivate'.
Note that once deactivated, you can only enable it after 7 days again.
Click on APPLY.
You will return to the Home page.
- Add extension
AMETHYST Webadmin -> Configure Recorded Devices
Click on the Add extension button. Enter the extension number.
Click on APPLY.
You will return to the Home page.
- Reprocess rejected calls (last 5 days).
If the extension was in use and configured to record before you added it to the device list, you can reprocess the rejected calls.
AMETHYST Webadmin -> Reprocess calls
Click on Process
You will return to the Home page.
- If any recordings was made for this extension and rejected the reprocess will load it, else make a test call and check for 'Last Recording' on the List of recorded devices.
