Make sure the following has been done:
- The Amethyst Administrative interface has been updated with the required extensions that
must record. This is done on the "Recorded device list". - The CRE configuration has been updated by going to the Configure CRE screen in the Webadmin
ad allocating the extensions to the required CRE. - Check that the Phone has been configured either manually (IP changed to point to the MSL) or
through the DHCP server options.
