My Mitel phone does not boot up. It gets stuck on the MSL IP.
The phone usually points to the Mitel controller. With AMTMitelCRE recording solution it points to the MSL IP. The MSL runs on the AMA-TEL-TEL server. Ensure that the AMA-TEL-TEL server is booted up, else the phone can never connect to it to complete the bootup procedure.
To check if the AMA-TEL-TEL box is accessible use either the Webadmin or Supervisor:

where 127.0.0.1 should be the AMA-TEL-TEL IP.

To check that the MSL is accessible, try and do a sync.
