How do I generate a list of all recorded extensions?

Postby Leon van Heerden » Tue Apr 05, 2011 12:06 pm

Amethyst contains a list of all the recorded extensions plus the last time a recording was processed for the extensions. This list can be accessed by logging into the Amethyst Webadmin.

You will require the Amethyst servers's IP (e.g. 192.168.10.30) or host name (e.g. amethyst.mycompanydomain.co.za) and the login credentials for this interface (e.g. admin and mypassword).
Enter the Amethyst IP and port 3080 on your local Web browser.

Code: Select all
https://192.168.10.30:3080

You should get to a login screen once you have pressed enter to load this page.
Use your login details to log in to the Amethyst Web Admin.

On the main page there are 6 boxes with grouped links to all the configuration settings in Amethyst.
The bottom right group is called "RECORDING", in the list of links you should see "Configure Recorded Devices".
If you click on this link, you will be presented with a list of all the extensions that are configured for voice recording. The extensions plus the last recorded date are shown here.

Since this is a normal web page, you can use the standard print functionality to print this page as required.
