Log into the Mitel page:
NOTE: The IP of the MSL can be found in AMETHYST under 'Configure Cardserver/CRE'. See SRC IP address.
Click on the 'Service Manger' link:
Click on the 'Secure Recorder Connection' option in the margin and then the 'Device' tab.
View under 'Connected' to see if the device is available for recording.
The cross in the 'Connected' column means not connected. The physical phone must be configured to point to the MSL.
