Supervisor doesn't update with agent status information

You will have to run the AmtUpgrade Program to ensure that the Database has
been upgraded to at least version 1.2.0.0. If this has already been done,
check your Amethyst log files. If there are errors about "reference column"
not found, then the update failed or was not applied yet.
You might have to edit the database version in the Amt.gdb file, by using
the IB console. The Field that needs to be edited is in the AmtControl table.
It needs to be set to 1.1.
Then run the AmtUpgrade program again. Now your problem should be sorted out.
