AMETHYST 1.4: How to install more seats/supervisors/licenses

Click on the "File" Menu and select "License Manager".
Now, enter the new amount of seats that you should have.
If you need more Supervisors, enter the new number as well.

The values that you enter should be the total of
agents/Supervisors that you need after you have upgraded.

E.g. I have 10 Seats and 1 Supervisor.
I need 5 more seats and 1 more supervisor, so the values I
enter should be: 15 seats and 2 Supervisors.

Now you click the "Print Request" button and print
the form. After the form is signed, it should be faxed to
Datatex Dynamics at +27 21 5924077, for processing.
