Amethyst only shows incoming or outgoing calls. - It will not tell you if it was transferred or internal.
- Internal calls usually don't have the calling or called number. It willreflect as an
incoming call always. In other words an incoming transferred call
will reflect as an incoming call in AMETHYST and the same applies
with outgoing transferred calls, it will reflect as outgoing only. - Transferred calls will just look exactly like a normal incoming or outgoing
call. If you search on the trunk number of that call, all the transferred calls on
that trunk will be directly underneath each other.
