Could not process recording for listen.Super playback error

Postby John Richard Procter » Mon May 09, 2011 3:24 pm

When I search for a recording and then select it to listen to, next to the Windows Internet Explorer icon (left hand bottom corner), it displays "Could not process recording for listen".

The Supervisor logs shows the following entries:

This has been reported for Supervisor vsersion up to 1.6.4.3.

This error message means:
1. It could not find the recording or
2. it could not decript the recording.

Work around:

NOTE: This will be addressed in a future version of AMETHYST Supervisor.
