- The memory error can indicate that the AMTListen.exe has been
damaged. This could be caused by a virus, etc. - Please close AMTListen and replace the AMTListen.exe. Try running it again.
- Check under Windows Task Manager which processes is using memory.
Try to close some processes and the run AMTListen again. - Check if you have access to write to the temp folder:
In Windows command prompt enter 'set', it will list the environment
variables and next to it the file location. Check next to 'temp'.
Try and create a file in this temp location. - You need read and write access to the database file you want to extract.
You can try to rename the file (add for example 1 to the end of the file name),
now try to rename it back to the original file name. If you cannot do this
then you do not have the required access
