No call termination for all recordings made with USBClient

  1. They are using the ODN (Direct number, private number) setup
(must use it with the MaestroTel. With this setup it will
give off the physical extension number or the ODN number
(each extension has their own unique ODN number).

Use the physical extension number for USBClient. To link the
physical extension number to the ODN number use the virtual
extension setup, provided that it is also the same Windows
user loggin used to log into the PC that USBClient is
installed on for the ODN number.
  2. By default SMDR data on the Ericsson MD110 is set to low priority. This means that if the PABX is very busy there will be delays in
sending of the call data string. This will cause calls not to be
terminated. However it can tie up with recordings when sent of and it
can therefore also cause the 'wrong' call details to be attached to
    the recording.
  3. Note that USBClient requires real-time data, therefore if the PABX
has 2 ports for SMDR output ensure that the one you are using is set
    to real-time.
