Cardserver: Why can't I see the calls for the extension user

OVERVIEW

Only Supervisor may access the agent\s recordings. Supervisors are configured with
restricted or unrestricted access levels over the agents.


To give Supervisor access follow steps below:

1. In AMETHYST Webadmin - Configure Supervisor
2. Select the Supervisor by clicking on his\her name.

Now you can give the Supervisor access over the agent, which will allow you to review the agent's calls.
