Cannot create record handle SCard being used by another app

• This error means that the soundcard is being used by another application.
  
  
  Check the following:
• If more than one USBclient is open at the same time on the PC.
  
  
• Other applications that may be accessing the sound card simultaneously (Skype) etc.
  
  
• Multiple Windows users can be logged in one PC at a time, if the USBclient is in the startup
  for all users, one will open each time another user logs in the PC.
