How to enable the AMTClient to Popup when a recording starts

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Nov 16, 2010 8:30 am

Please check this document for more up to date information.

In the folder where the AMTClient is installed, there is a folder called Users.
Within this folder there will be a .INI file for each user that has used the
AMTClient to date.

The ini files should look like this:
[NETWORK]
LOCALPORT=27013
CITRIXHOST=192.168.10.1 (Cardserver IP)
CITRIXPORT=27009

[FTP]
FTPON=1
FTPLOGIN=amtclient
FTPPASSWORD=amt123
FTPSERVER=192.168.10.1 (AMETHYST IP)

USER INI

[SETTINGS]
SCREENPOP=1
WRAPUPTIME=5
If your files doesn't look like these, You can add the extra entries and the
next time the client is started the correct settings will be loaded.

CITRIXHOST: This is the IP address of the server where your Amethyst Card
server is running.

CITRIXPORT: This is the port which AmtCards listens for commands on. This
should not have to change at all.

LOCALPORT: This is very important. This port number MUST match the corresponding
Port number that has been assigned to the user on AmtCards.

Older version of AMETHYST:

In 'View Cardserver' find the channel which the user is recording,
then in 'Configure Cardserver' 'Add user' add the user channel,

User Display name: Display name user is associated with
Windows Login: Put in the unique login username of that agent
Click on 'Apply Changes'

Go back to 'Configure Cardserver' and then the users should be "registered" in the cardserver.

Current version of AMETHYST:

Configure CTI devices is used to setup the user.
