How do I record and play a recording on Amethyst?

Make a test call. If the Call Recorder Screen does not pop-up, right-click on the
icon, choose show. You will see the recoding time on the screen. Hang-up.

Now, to play the recording back you must be on the Amethyst Supervisor PC.
Search by Extension. The last recording is at the bottom. Double-click on
the call. The next screen will have call information. You click on PLAY to
listen to the call. There will also be a screen shot that was made during the call
to check what the operator was doing while on the phone.
