Required: Amethyst Supervisor version 3.3.8.1
In Amethyst Supervisor choose AQM REPORTS and select the report you require:
1. Individual agent performance with categories vs Average
2. Agent Monthly performance vs Average Performance
3. Agent average performance vs Group Average Performance
