USBClient causes high CPU and use all my resources

  • Once the conversation is ended, the recording goes into wrap-up mode. It will encrypt the file. Depending on how big the file, it could use some processing. If for example your USBClient is configured incorrect, it can record continuously, see configuration:

  • This could also be caused by a virus. Please install anti-virus software, check for spyware, etc.

    NOTE: Schedule the update of the software and scanning outside recording hours, thereby not interfering with the recordings taking place.
