I try to playback a recording and my internet explorer hangs

When trying to playback a recording my internet explorer hangs.

I uninstall internet explorer and reinstall it but to no success,it still hangs.
We Suggest you user Mozilla Firefox refer to the link How to install firefox on a windows machine

Once downloaded and installed:
Enter your Amethyst IP address e.g. 192.168.10.6
  • You will be prompted with a untrusted connection

  • Select I Understand the Risks

  • There will be a Add exception tab , select this.

  • Select the Confirm Security Exception , make sure Permanently store this exception box is ticked.
    This will insure that you will not have to do this step again.

  • Log into the supervisor and select the recording you wish to listen too.

  • A additional download is required to embed the media player. In the top right corner select the tab install missing plugin.

  • Firefox will automatically download the plugin

  • You will now be able to playback recordings.
