Critical mail...consecutive "EXT" recordings

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Mar 27, 2012 3:08 pm

If AMETHYST loads recordings with EXT as the extension, it will send a critical e-mail after the 10th record received with EXT as the extension number. This will then repeat for each EXT recording loaded thereafter. This will be for trunk side recording. On trunk side recording the recording software cannot produce an extension number, therefore it places EXT in the extension field (due to no call details received from PABX).

The purpose of this critical e-mail is to warn you that no call details is received from the PABX.

    [2012-03-27 01:46:41] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 01:46:03] Warning: 10 consecutive "EXT" recordings processed.
    [2012-03-27 02:52:42] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 02:46:04] Warning: 11 consecutive "EXT" recordings processed.
    [2012-03-27 04:53:44] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 04:45:05] Warning: 13 consecutive "EXT" recordings processed.
    [2012-03-27 05:48:46] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 05:45:06] Warning: 14 consecutive "EXT" recordings processed.
    [2012-03-27 06:54:48] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 06:45:06] Warning: 15 consecutive "EXT" recordings processed.

Once the first call record is loaded with call details (smdr information), the following notification will be sent via e-mail:

[2012-03-27 07:27:49] Version [1.6.4.2][2012-03-27 07:24:27] Information: consecutive "EXT" recordings are no longer being processed.

This indicates you are now receiving recordings with smdr/call details (extension numbers) again. This feature is only available in AMETHYST 1.6.4.

To check why there is no call details , refer to RECORDINGS DID NOT HAVE SMDR DATA
