CTI options for use with SLVR and USBClient

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Nov 16, 2010 11:42 am

The client side recording software can be in one of 4 states when
the software is running. This value is saved in the INI file when the
software is closed. In the INI file the following will be visible:

[RECORD]
CLIENTSTATE = 0

The values can be 0, 1, 2, or 3
3 = Full CTI Mode (Stop and Start from AmtTapiLink)
1 = Start From CTI (Stop on Timeout or Topaz/SMDRLink)
2 = Stop From CTI (Start On Noise; Stop )
0 = VOX Mode (Record on noise and stop on timeout of Topaz/SMDRLink Info)

When the AMTTapiLink IS used, the CLIENTSTATE should be 0

NOTE: Topaz refers to 1.4 and SMDRLink refers to 1.5
