AMTMitelCRE has not recordings, but is running

I am runnig AMTMitelCRE version 1.6.4.32. I see no recordings in Supervisor for current time. In Webadmin I can connect to CRE using 'Configure Cardserver/CRE', but under 'View logs' it repeats the message " Error in PacketCheckWorker 0: Access violation":

Solution:

You will need to stop/start the AMTMitelCRE.

NOTE:

The issue has been addressed in verison 1.6.4.38, but to date (20130201) it has not been released yet.
