AMETHYST USBClient is not recording

Close the USBClient.

Unplug the USB Tap and plug it in again.

No recording can take place unless Windows detects the
USB device. Make sure that Windows is detecting the USB device.
Windows 2nd addition and newer can detect USB devices,
you might have to update the USB drivers. Get the IT
department to sort this out. You can test the USB drive
with any USB device, for example a flash-drive.

Once Windows detects the device,
connect the USB Tap to the phone.
Make sure that the flat phone cable is connected tightly
into the base of the telephone

Once the USB Tap and the phone is connected,
you can start up the USBClient software.
