Critical mail: ERROR COPYING DATABASE TO ARCHIVE DRIVE

I am using Windows Share. My archive drive is detected when I do a Available Disk Space - refer to forum post: How do I check disk space available on AMETHYST server?.

My database is 3.5 GIG. To check database size -refer to forum post:
How do I check the size of my database?

Enough space is available on the archive drive.(You can confirm this with the Available Disk Space option).

I get the following operation not permitted error message:
