Overview:
When using the USBTap to record the end of call data must be
received from the PABX that the tap is recording from.
Amethyst gets the end of call data from :
TOPAZ
ALSO SEE: TOPAZ does not import data automatically.
or SMDRLINK
ALSO SEE: SMDRLink: How do I see my call data?
If this information is not received it will continue to record
the call if a second call comes in to that extension.
When using a USB tap and no TOPAZ end of call data
is received, the call will be terminated, once under the trigger
level for more 40 seconds.
If the SLVR is used and no TOPAZ end of call data is
received, it will go into silent mode, once silent time is
expired, it will go into wrap-up time, after which the call will
be terminated.
