AMETHYST: No Recordings on the Server (Windows)

Status bar information (AMETHYST Server):

On the AMETHYST Server screen at the bottom, there is a status
bar with the following information (from the left):
Expiry date
Install date
Supervisor ?/X
(where ? is the number of supervisors logged in and
X the total number of supervisors licensed)
ALSO SEE: How do I install more seats/supervisors?
Agents ?/X
(where ? is the number of agents logged in and
X the total number of agents licensed)
If it is a linux installation, "LINUX 1.4" will be displayed.
If so, make sure that you are running software for LINUX, since
there is also a windows version of AMETHYST.

If the AMETHYST is licensed for it's supervisors and agents, and
you are running the correct AMETHYST software (LINUX or WINDOWS),
proceed.

Call Data and recording:

Overview:

The call data needs to be sent to the AMETHYST server from the
PABX unit and the recording must be sent from the agent's PC to
the server. The supervisor must be configured to see the agent.
If the supervisor is not configured, the calls should still be
listed on the AMETHYST server. There must be enough licenses
for the number of supervisors and agents that are logged in at
a time.

PABX3/TAPI & TOPAZ:
Make sure that TOPAZ is running.
Make sure that TOPAZ is receiving calls.
If not, sort out why PABX3 or TAPI is not sending data to TOPAZ or
why it is not receiving data from the PABX unit.
AMETHYST Server:
I can see the agent on the AMETHYST server, but not on the supervisor
AMETHYST Supervisor:
TOPAZ: I can not see any call data on my AMETHYST supervisor screen.
