AMETHYST and Aastra 470

The Aastra makes the recordings and then sends it to AMETHYST. The PABX can record up to 8 extension concurrently. The default AMETHYST is 5 agent licenses.

To send the recordings to AMETHYST the SMTP Server for the Aastra PABX must be configured as the AMETHYST IP address.

All your licensed extensions must be added to the Configure Recorded Devices option. If no devices configured(zero device count), the sweeper will not run.
