USBClient: force screen pop ups

To force the popups, the setting must be enabled in the USBClient.ini.
This cannot be done via Webadmin. You need to go to each of the USBClient PCs and do the following.

Steps:

• Stop the USBClient service.
  START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS - SERVICES
• Naviage to ‘C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient’
• Edit the USBClient.ini
• Change the SCREENPOP entry to =1

• Save the USBClient.ini
• Start the USBClient service
