Integration within Citrix on Amethyst 1.5

When installing AMTClient with Amethyst 1.5 in a Citrix environment,
AMTClient must be installed on a central location on the network
which is mapped as a network drive.

Create a shortcut to AMTClient in the users startup.

If the client wants to integrate using AMTLink, install the COM
object in the same mapped network drive location.
Open a DOS Prompt and browse to the network location,
install the COM object with command : AMTLink.exe /regserver

The client who is integrating with Amethyst can use the COM object
and get all the details required.

Note : For the COM object to work, AMTClient should have worked
correctly at least once.
