- Log into AMETHYST Web-Administrator.
How do I log into AMETHYST webadmin and supervisor? - Click on the "License Manager" icon on the top row of icons.
First request the number of licenses.
- Enter the new number of supervisors or agents.
Example: If you have 42 licenses and requested 5, change the total to 47 agents. - Enter all the Company information. this will be verified on receipt of license by Datatex.
- Click on "Print License Request".
- Have the license request signed by the authorised person.
- Fax the request to Datatex at +27 21 5924077.
- Datatex will provide you with your new:
License Number
Activation Key
Enter the License Number and Activation Key.
- Make sure the correct number of supervisor and agents, as per license
request, is still entered(this was not saved when you clicked on
"Print License Request"). - When entering the License number, please include the '-' between the numbers on the
license form. - When entering the activation key, please EXCLUDE the '-' between the numbers that
you see on the form.
Example

Activation key: 123456324789625142 - Click on "Save License Information".
