NOTE: Please schedule outside recording hours. When clicking on APPLY all recordings taking place will be cut and no recording will take place until the APPLY completed to restart the software.
Steps:
- Log into AMETHYST Webadmin.
- Click on Configure Cardserver/CRE.
- Add the extension number under relevant option for your PABX, for example SIP extension.
- When clicking on APPLY all recordings taking place will be cut and no recording will take place until the APPLY completed to restart the software. Please schedule outside recording hours.
- Only click once on APPLY and wait until it updates.
Check if the changes you made shows, if not use the 'View Logs' link to access the log file. Check date-time of last entry. If not current date-time, check the the recording software is still running. - Add the new extension number to the 'Configure Recorded Devices' option.
- Log out of AMETHYST Webadmin.
- Make a test call and playback via Supervisor.
NOTE: Supervisor needs access to the user name of the extension.
