Change client settings from supervisor

Change individual agents properties
Log into the Amethyst webadmin.
On the Amethyst main page click on the Configure Agents link.
This will give you a list of all the agents.
There are icons at the end of each client line with certain functions.
FTP On will tell the client to FTP recordings live after each call.
FTP Off will tell the client not to FTP recordings and keep them on the PC.
FTP Now will tell the client to FTP all recordings now.
Ping will ping the client to see if the client application is still running.
Properties will open a new screen with the client properties.
All client settings can be changed here, the client log file can also be viewed
by clicking on the link at the top of the page.
Click on the Apply Changes button to save the new client properties.
The Back to agents link will return you to the list of agents.

Change all usbclients' properties
If all your clients are usbclients, you can change all there shared properties at once.
On the Amethyst main page, click on the Configure USBClients link.
This will display all the shared properties of all the usbclients currently running.
Make your changes and click the Apply changes button.
