AMTMitel: Information required to configure

To configure AMTMitel to monitor devices for call details, the following is require:

1. Extension range
2. Trunk range
3. If SIP trunks used, the NETWORK ELEMENT for the SIP Peer group
4. Skill group to provide user names
5. ACD, ring and hunting groups
   In older versions of AMTMitel they must be removed from the extension range.
   Newer versions has the OPENMULTICALLGROUP feature to disable them from extension ranges: AMTMitel and Call Groups
6. Software versions of Mitel Controllers to ensure correct version call details software is running.

7. Is Controllers clustered, if so which Controllers?

Your Mitel support will be able to pull this information from the Mitel PABX interface.

NOTE: If not all the devices used while making/receiving a phone call is monitored, you can get inconsistent call details. For example the same extension will sometimes have the phone number and other times not.
