OVERVEIW
The details below is an example of a critical e-mail.
In this example the IP address of the USBClient is [10.3.51.10]


DETAILS:

Destination = Datatex
Duration = 0:02:30
Cost = R0.00

Time = 09:32:16
Reference = Admin
IP Address = 10.3.51.10
User = ODETTE
Computer = F824NEVRAM


Explained:

If SMDR data is received from the PABX (call details/rawdata) and
there is no recording to tie it to, you will get the NOT RECORDING
e-mail.

Please check the following:
===========================
Possible causes could be a disconnected cable or a faulty sound card,
Log into AMETHYST Supervisor and under
"View agents" -> "Status", check if agent does not show 'Down' or 'No Tap'
ALSO SEE: AMETHYST: The status of the recording device.
Check if the correct extension details was configured in:
the USBClient.ini file or
AMETHYST WebAdmin -> "Configure Agents" -> "Properties" (of agent in question)]
Also FTP the recordings manually to see if you can connect from the agent PC to
the AMETHYST 1.5 server(Webadmin -> "Configure Agents")
