My Supervisor hangs when retrieving a recording

Overview
When doing searches in AMETHYST supervisor with IE7 and Windows Vista, the new improved
security features sometimes causes the browser to stop responding.

In the bottom right hand corner there an icon that reloads constantly.
This is the automatic phishing filter.
This can be disabled for IE7.

Solution
In IE7
Click on 'Tools'

Phishing Filter

Turn Off Phishing Filter

click OK

This would stop the intermittent crashing of IE7
