Depending on what type of recording method is being used would affect what solution
would be utilised.
The calls need to be FTP'd to AMETHYST.
USBClient:
For USBClient 1.5
Close USBClient from the task manager.
Navigate to My Documents
My Datatex
Data
Paste the calls.
Startup USBClient
Make sure the correct server is entered in the USBClient.ini under FTP server
before starting up the application.
For USBClient 1.6
Stop the USBClient service from the Services console. (Do not close this window)
Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Datatex\USBClient
Choose any user name and paste the files in there
In the Services console start USBClient again.
Make sure the correct server is entered in the USBClient.ini under FTP server before starting
the service.
Cardserver:
It is not neccessary to stop this service.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Datatex\AMETHYST\Complete\
Paste the calls in there
It will automatically FTP the calls from there.
It will now be possible to track the call in the Sweeper and finally
search and listen to it in the Supervisor.
