Case study: AMTMitel does not startup

Even after the AMTMitel service recovery mode was set to startup,
it still did not startup.

It was found that the DNS Server service locked ports 27985 TCP/UDP
and 27982 TCP on server .

Solution:
Stopped DNS server
Start amtmitel
start DNS server
