How do I e-mail the recordings

Open the supervisor screen and find the recording that you want to send.
Now click on the icon musical notes. Now the recording will be opened in
the default wave player of Windows.
The file that you are currently listening to will be accessible in the
folder where the supervisor is running from in \temp\.
The File name will be the reference number from the recording. The file
can now be attached to an email and sent.
